An event to promote the results of the research projects of this proposal is organized with national and international researchers and stakeholders. This event will launch the contributed book that collects the result of the research activities carried out during the project. Researchers in the field will discuss the HOPPER research results and other papers on the topic will be presented. In the launch event, a panel of discussants is invited to present the main contents of the book and discuss the issues raised by the work. In the scientific workshop, selected contributions are presented by top-ranking scholars.

ORGANIZATION

The event is organized at University of Florence  Students and other stakeholders are invited as well as the general public.

Objectives of the debate will be (i) understanding the causes and consequences of energy poverty, and (ii) identifying the best ways to implement effective policies and interventions, energy being a prerequisite for the protection and promotion of human rights.
