Skills and expertise

Tatjana Tambovceva is full professor at Riga Technical University, Latvia. She has more than 25 years' experience in lecturing both at the undergraduate and at the graduate level. Her teaching activities are mainly focused on sustainable development issues, but more specifically to environmental management and regional development with particular emphasis on environmental behaviour as a key instrument to combat climate change and minimize impact on environment. Her research interests focus also on circular economy, green production and consumption; change of consumer behavior; corporate social and environmental responsibility; sustainable building, real estate management, project management and use of ICT in many areas. She has published more than 150 articles in both national and international academic journals. She is the authors of number of specialized books and reports on Management, Sustainable development and Project Management. She is a member and expert in a number of international Societies, Councils and Foundations. She has participated in several projects financed by ESF, ERAF, Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia and Riga Technical University. On the other hand, she has held different positions in the management system of the Riga Technical University. Currently she is the Managing Editor of Scientific Journal "Economics and Business" and Head deputy of the Department of Civil Construction and Real Estate Economics and Management at the Riga Technical University in Latvia.
